but you have actually earned achievements there, the lines are green. The message on the bottom is just information so you know that using mods locks achievements

then you are good to earn achievements, that specific one requires 10000 coins, once you have earned them it will unlock. The number updates periodically it won't update every second your coin count ticks above your current 630 value
