Hi, my game now gets stuck every time I open it, also before this refresh rate was lurking, and bunch of things in the game weren't working properly. Can I get some help with this, pls?

The one called foundation after your game gets stuck as you said, if you have relaunched the game it gets overwritten.
For the dxdiag log:
Windows key+R, type DXDIAG then press Enter, Save all information, drag and drop the file in your thread
