Game crashes without notification several minutes after loading

My savegame just crashes at a certain point, I already disabled autosaves and updloading to the steam cloud.

And, on another note, my woodcutters stopped working, too :/

Could you please send your save file? Also, were you able to send a crash report?

As for woodcutters, sometimes when reforestation and extraction zones overlap, new trees can block the entrance of a Woodcutter Camp. As such, you should make sure reforestation zones aren't too close to your camps and/or cut down trees that might be on the way.

To the topic of woodcutters: That might just have been the reason, thanks! Couldn't find that solution in steam discussions 🙂

Btw: Out of enthusiasm I reloaded the savegame a dozen times, and after many crashes it somehow got stable (as of now?). When loading the savegame just now however, it just crashes as expected after about 4 mins.

Oh, and no, there was no window or opportunity to send a crash report.

I ran your save for a while and never crashed. Maybe it has something to do with disc space?

Try this:

Open Steam
Right-click on Foundation
Click Properties
Under launch options, type this command: -userpath c:\foundationdata
Relaunch the game

This moves your save files to a new folder (you'll need to move old saves there or start from scratch). If you are using OneDrive, it might be the culprit.

Thank you for your really quick reply, will try it later!! Although i can't really figure why disc space could be an issue on my system... And I have uninstalled OneDrive (which wasnt even that easy to do :D)

As I wasn't able to replicate your crash it's a bit hard to tell exactly what causes it. I'll continue investigating on my end.
