I know this is an old bug and catching this bug is much harder than before. But this bug still happens.
Why not add a small texture/bump next to the box, so that the character would debug when stepping on this texture? I think last week such a texture was present in this place, but for some reason it was removed.

It happens when you crouch twice or more close to that wall, we are trying to fix every map bugs in all maps but this take time.
