The leg is a little bit too big to match the perspective of the pose it should be similar to your other one. The boob area also needs a bit of adjustment since it looks a tad bit too wide.

It could be the skirt also that's making the leg look strange
Its normal that one leg is often a little bit bigger than the other in perspective
Now that I'm looking ag me more closely it looks more like the skirt that might need a little bit of adjustment

Totally forgot the left arm is actually going outwards aswell compared to the right arm that is goin in and back to make sure it is getting to the right spot
It may not be how other arms work cuz I have a problem with drawing arms with the abilities my arm is able to do it’s quite weak but It’s also flexible and sits in weird places

the eye curve downward also make it looks like she is in trouble

for starting out I would recommend doing greyscale. For finding images look up portrait photography if you want to do faces, make sure they look natural (something you would see in real life) for bodies look for art model photography . Movie still are also really good to study from

when you want to paint lighting, you hav to imagine the planes of the object
since your light is coming from top right front, only planes facing that way should catch light
the ones on the side depends? since this part of hair can be imagined as a tube, then the side planes can catch light but it shudnt be as bright as the planes facing directly

next time you want to do lighting , i suggest finding a lighting reference from real life or favorite artwork (probably anime style since that's what you are leaning towards to). and just try to mimic how they do it
this is a good example of it. the top image is the lighting ref, the one on the side is the color ref. see how they apply the lighting and color to the artwork
