Its looking good and your lines are quite clean but I can see that you’re trying to go for a subtle perspective but you’re still drawing her flat. Turn the knees, shins, and feet towards the viewer as we’re seeing them from the side yet everything else is seen from a 3/4th angle. If you want to go for a side view make the shins shorter or the thighs longer since currently the shin are too long. I would also recommend removing the line that shows the bottom of the sole as currently it doesn’t make sense with the perspective. You should also bring the shoulder of the raised arm out more without a a line that isn’t the shirt separating shoulder from torso. Also bring her left eye out slightly to have her face look less squished, that said i do like how happy her face is, it a cute drawing

this is quick to show you how the colours would look if they were more saturated. The ribbon on the hat looked like you were making them stand like bunny ears to me so i extended it. I like her design overall she just needed colour adjustments. You could also give her a really simple broach design like something a child would wear you could also try this with a pastel colour pallette

I honestly think her design is fine, only thing I can think of is making the lineart and shading a bit more vibrant in contrast which would make her pop more.

this is a sketch of the design so its going to be a little dull. you can also play around with overlay layers to see if you like something else more.
