I think personally it resembles the shitagi and hakama because of the fact that these were worn but samurai which are warriors with swords. And the painting has like trousers on and hakama old basically a skort which is trouser and skirt.

The samurai would usually wear armour over the top though but that one don't have armour

that is too different from a shitagi and hakama. Art style looks korean and has what looks very similar to traditional korean clothing.

I just felt a strong sensation of deja vu here

someone roast me, it's been a while ever since I drew non-chibi things

a very fine piece id say just the hair feels off

id say maybe pratacing a bit on perspectives would make this much better

chibis are the way to just escape the painful reality of always breaking your hand in anatomy and making things much cuter and easier for yourself

its looking really good but the eyes need to be adjusted as her left eye (our right) is too big and is sitting on a different angle from the other eye and the body needs some slight adjustment but I see a lot of improvement from several months ago

the adjustments would be to the body and eye. Draw a line following the tilt of the head and you'll see that the eyes are not aligned. You should also size down the left eye (our right). For the body use a reference because currently each part of the torso looks like it comes from various body types and sizes
