Look up professional modelling photos or the specific article of clothing you’re trying to draw and find a photo that has a similar pose

It’ll take a bit of searching to find what you want but thats better than possibly using a drawn reference thats incorrect

you can always having fun slowly building up the world along side your OC

like say, your OC has a special bed or chair she love to sit and that will set there is a bed on her room

just slowly putting in detail on that world along with your OC's habit and you will slowly build up a room

and there you go, you will have your background

the more you build around your OC, the more that world will expand

specially if you didn't made your OC for a large world in the first place

another fun way to do it is "my diary" format

just make like your OC showing the viewers what she doing that day so you too can get the idea of how thing happen around your OC
