start off with gesture drawings and go into simple figure drawings. Find simple poses until you get comfortable with general anatomy and start going into more complicated ones. The best references will be nude photos but for gestures you can use people wearing bodysuits and other tight clothing

well mainly the eyes are way too big, specially when everything else rather small in compare

so you can either shrink the eyes or increase the hair volume to make the head feel bigger

the eyes, nose, and mouth aren't at the same angle as well as the head. The top half of the head is turning to the character's left while the nose and mouth are centered from a forward perspective. While the head turn seems more dramatic than the whole face. As shikniful said the eyes are too big. That can be a stylistic choice and no judgment there but you need to remember that one eye should fit between both, this can vary depending on tilt so for that you will need to figure out how much the head is turning. Also due to the way you have the hair on the character's left side it looks like they are missing a chunk of their skull and eye. Overall I like your style and you render quite well

Wlop still has proper face anatomy although highly stylized. You need to move the eyes and eyebrows closer together. One of her eyes should fit between both with no extra space

Right now I'm studying coloring so I learned that it usually depends on the background, of which I'm really blank on where to start

but that only the case if you decide to have light source like lamp or window there

otherwise, it won't affect much

but of course, unless you want to background to show what kind of thing you want to tell for that draw

you can always drop it

background is one of the thing newbie often have trouble with, mostly because they thought you need a background even though you didn't plan for it

its looking much better but the head turn doesn't match the face turn still. To get the lips to look right from the angle think of them as 3d objects which they are. So thinking that way the character's right side of the lips (our left) would be larger and more flat looking while the left side (our right) would look smaller and more 3 dimensional as we'll see that part follow the curve of the teeth slightly

you should be able to see crook part of the arm with that angle

while the hand should be above the shoulder

well try and make the pose itself, you will get what i mean

the hand height is fine, fix how the forearm connects to the upper arm as it looks dislocated and space out the breasts since the chest looks very small and make the ear a little larger as the base of the ear that connects to the jaw should be inline with the base of the nose. Looks like you’ve got the direction of the hair down, so try making the spacing of the highlights less regular (unless that’s hair color difference)
