Watch dedicated tutorials on certain parts you want to draw/color

It got me hooked for it again, but eventhough I haven't drawn in a while I improved

I'm not very good woth studying, when I read it doesn't stick in my head, I'm more of a visual learner I think.

My old stuff use to take 1h30 max it was awful

If your program has a proper blending brush use that not the blur or smudge tools they make things look weird. You can also do colour pick and paint a gradient until everything is blended. I personally paint with a brush that naturally blends as you go like real paint would but then you have to paint on one layer for that, i also use a blend brush from time to time.
