make a bit more distinction between the sizes of the fingers. The hand that's fixing the glove, I assume, needs to be a bit bigger and currently looks flat. I would recommend finding references, if you haven't, for the hands and clothes similar to what she's wearing to get an idea for the wrinkles besides that its looking good
