in fact i used to use the watercolor tool on SAI to blur colors for a gradient
and then used blur just to smooth out the gradient itself

because the way you have the right arm makes it seem like the hand would land on the back of her head rather than somewhere farther down

i'm mainly referring to the fore arm on that part

and with the angle you're going for

you wouldn't really be seeing that much of the neck

with the way you have the shoulders, it seems like she'd be at a different angle

like a more or so front view

and that's due to the fact they're almost parallel

because of the angle you chose, it makes it look like the other shoulder is just out of place with the rest of the body

Hmm some tips

Take your time in rigging and don’t rush! If you’re having trouble search for 3D models ref for how the head rotates or watch people doing live2D streams!

I suggest watching Cillia1 on twitch or Kira omori on YouTube for tutorials!
Also Brian tsui has some pretty good tutorials on YouTube too!

And have fun doing your rigs! Experiments new stuff for fun!!
