The top skirt/ruffles look like it goes all the way around but gets much shorter on her right, the left of the top skirt/ruffles are very bunched up on her left so there will be a lot, they also don’t seem to be one continuous strip of fabric but cut and then sewn together at the top to match the cut of the skirt, the cut on her bust is also much lower than how you have drawn it and the points aren’t centred to the cups they are past the nipples, as a point of reference. I hope that helped
