also a big part of the problem might be you're drawing complicated character

you can use the hair. If this is supposed to be a study stick to the first only and do your best to replicate it if not then sure mix and match but until you have a pretty solid understanding of anatomy it'll look a little wonky

very basic critique: the top of her head is way too big, eyes are misaligned, nose needs to be lowered and mouth raised a bit, and you should use references for hands and clothes as they currently look very unnatural
