generally consistent lineart makes it look clean for chibis

like here you see than although the bangs have thicker lines the eyes and mouth and eyebrows have about the same thickness
it’s the shading that makes a difference in this one

lines on this one don’t look that thick but they are and that makes it more defined like silver said

Thats a pretty simple shading style. Uses gradients and you’ll need knowledge of clothes folds so use real references of something similar
