The HoS reference you’re using is pure side profile while the one on the left has back facing you so the head is at a different angle

but there also because of the hair is level while the head is a bit titled downward

The mouth is a bit low and very wide
it’s tangent to the hair, so move it a bit up and shorten it

the back sticks out a bit too much at the neck (does that make sense?? idk how to describe) and the hair seems to be floating instead of resting on the back (might be intentional idk)

i'll also say that it's probably best not to go too detailed with the hair strands in the lineart

with small spaces, lineart doesn't do as well

unless the lineart is thin or is colored the same as the hair

don’t forget gravity affects the braid, which hangs down a bit more since it’s slightly loose fitting on her head

after that, you swap it around again and now the first artist will do the color of the lineart that the third artist just did
