Copy your sketch layer put it on top and erase the parts you don't like and if it turns shit just go back to the original sketch layer

that is why i don't use overly detail frame when i sketch

It's useless to make them fancy looking coz in a few moments theyll be buried under lineart anyway. What I hold high regard is the quality of the lineart among others

@lament stump this is very rough but if you want it in the position of how you drew the hand with a straight arm you'll need to move the hand out like i have done. I drew in roughly the tendons how they would move up the hand which would be visible. Don't forget that tendons and knuckles hide whats behind them depending on the perspective. Also for the other hand you'll need to lower it more since right now it hovers over the ground not resting on it. Also the pointer finger and ring finger are the same length and roughly, depending on individual, reach to the cuticle of the middle finger. Pinkie is roughly to the first knuckle after the fingernail
