The forehead looks a bit too high and perfectly round, usually the hair makes the head go slightly in and out at places where the locks overlap/separate

most people start out just because they want to try it anyway

if your goal is to improve and learn anatomy and not just to do art for fun then start with gesture drawings and move into learning anatomy once you have a base understanding of forms. Also its good practice to learn how to draw cubes, cones, cylinders and how to twist and pull them and morph them into other shapes

I'm only into art like 2moths but I've realised something when it comes to coloring

so if you get your base colors down like you will, then take your time

shading is fun imo if you don't rush it

So colouring is really hard for me

Id spend hours on end looking for things i dont like in my art. Put a note down about it, research about how to improve it and then i keep doing it until im satisfied

What I first did was to do a full drawing with colours and everything. Try my hardest in it even if i struggled i still tried. It doesn't matter how long it took me, I just tried with all my capabilities. Then afterwards took notes of what I struggled with the most and went and researched about how to do it better. For me i was bad at anatomy so i chose to practise anatomy. Then when I think i got better i tried to do another piece with all what i can do and learnt and kept doing this until i got better.

Id purposely try to do an art piece that I know would be really hard for me each time ro challenge myself.

But this is how I improved. It's a torturous method so i wouldn't recommend unless you're dedicated to improve a lot faster. I like challenging myself but others might get tired and exhausted from this method quite easily.
