That's how that looks in my view only, and further adjustment is required. Regardless this is a common pose, it's not that easy. I suggest do some practices of some simple pose first and try to avoid use reference with loose clothe

hmm i still have 6 commissions to work on but i dont feel like drawing coz its Sunday

why? its literally the easiest part of digital drawing coz you're literally just tracing your own sketch

sketch - needs planning and a great understanding of what you need to draw
coloring - takes months to get better at and even so, depending on how detailed a sketch is the work gets more tedious
lineart - just tracing your sketch

even if you hand over linearting to someone who isnt as good at drawing he'll still do a decent job at it coz its just that...tracing

the thing with sketch is that you have to eliminate as many errors you have in it coz if you dont, if you pass it off with bonkers anatomy, no amount of lineart and coloring can fix it

it will still look bad coz you already failed at the 1st step 🤔

doing studies from life, movie stills, and professional photography is a better way to learn how to colour and how to draw in general

from my experience you can focus on his chin more make it more like a male.

@grave nymph it's because your laptop and phone have different color range and phone have very good color range compared to some laptop panel especially cheaper ones. When referring to color take a pic of your work, post it somewhere, view it on your phone.

there's this program called pureref where you can dump all your refs and look at them more easily

its something you'll learn to adjust with time. For now relying on your phone would be good since they have pretty good screens.
