But as you reference, try to observe why did they draw that way, and about how did they color that way.

After some time, should stop referencing and then move on on making your own art while studying different stuff

to be more specific you can take the pose from one drawing then apply the hair and clothes of another chatacter lol that's what I do a lot of the time

if you can't find the exact reference you need you can combine like the arm position of one ref with another ref

also taking photos and videos of yourself for very specific cases helps

coming in here late to say, referencing other artworks is fine to learn a style but you should be doing studies of real people otherwise you'll develop bad habits and poor understanding of anatomy and it'll set you back. A good starting place is doing gesture drawings along side your artwork studies. Doing master studies is also very good to help you learn composition, colouring, etc

So I have a question when you draw a hair you do it separately and then attached it or you just immediately draw it on one sketch

if you mean layers I draw my sketches in one layer

rough pose has one layer, atop of that is the rough sketch, then I use different vector layers for lineart

i personally do it all in one layer, then build onto that sketch over the course of maybe 4-5 layers

then when it comes to the coloring everything is split into layers (hair, body, clothing, etc.)

to customize it more just go to brush tools, change the jiters here, this works very well when you create leaves

i think youre suffering fron tunnel vision

when drawing on paper rise it to your eye level from time to time

tunnel vision makes you think the top part is proportionate to the lower part coz they look smaller due to distance but in actuality its bigger than the lower part of the body

Usually color layers put under line art layer. Sometime highlight layer goes on the top of line art layer (and set the line art layer property to multiply). For painting, line art wii be removed later.
