Grayscale is done by using only Values.
If you use clip studio take a look at your color wheel. You'll see just below the color wheel that you have H S and V. Hue Saturation and Value.

The only thing that matters is the value.
Normally you want to fill in the whole subject with a value of 50.

After you want to fill in your shade and tints (whichever comes first)

Finding the value of a certain color can be kind of a pain. So a lot of practice is needed with this.

Pelvis is not level. So it makes the straight leg as high as the one bends. Second, upper body and lower body don't line up. Third, probably it's the focus of the camera

alright, there are two types of feedback I normally give: technical (anatomy, shading, perspective, generally applies to realistic drawings or 3D renders) and design feedback (shape and color theory, character design, silhouette, negative space, etc)

I'm not exactly a 2D artist, and since your drawing is stylized I'll mostly be giving design feedback (not really my strong point either)

the most glaring issue I see overall is shape distribution -- there are too many small shapes in the hair that are all treated the same, lots of small elements in the background and legs that are distracting from the focal element
