don't have my pen on me right now, but the person in the back's chest is angled oddly
the chest is one solid, inflexible piece (esp when you break it down into shapes like that) and by the way they're standing, the rightmost torso is stretched out oddly

in general they seem to be leaning into the person in the front, which i don't think is the vibe you're going for?

^ and the hips are angled forward, which furthers that effect

maybe try straightening their spine and then going from there

the chest actually isn't inflexible, it has range of motion. so they aren't completely wrong in their interpretation of it, the main thing, if you're going for realism, is to enlarge the heads and lower the groin as right now they barely have a pelvis everything else will come with practice. If you aren't using references for this I recommend you find some or take ones yourself

From a glance, here are some of my thoughts:

1. I can't really tell where your light source is coming from so I can't really provide critique for that (I assume the brown shades on the face are not paint but shadows?), I suggest defining your light and dark values more to make the overall drawing appear more dimensional

There's also not really shadows or light defining the facial planes so it appears a bit flat

2. The chin shadow seems pretty random, the shadow placement makes it seem like the person has no chin (If you were to simplify it, the chin is rounded and so the shadow should accommodate that, instead of going over the chin region with a straight line)

3. The hair is mainly dark with little variation in light and dark values, appearing rather flat

Everything looks really good! The only suggestion I have is to vary the lengths of the eyelashes- usually the closer they are to the inner corner of the eye, the shorter and less frequent they are

Unless you're intentionally going for the faded look, at a glance I suggest defining the shadows and light a bit more since the values on the skin are all rather similar, some parts of the skin look muddy to me

Also, probably just me nitpicking, but the hair on the side seems like its stuck to her face and the top of her head feels a bit low? I don't think this is absolutely necessary to take into consideration though

I also agree with the feedback on the eyelashes above me, but it looks quite nice already so I don't have much else to mention ^^

For her shirt, I feel like you can experiment a little since there’s not one right color, for example:

1. A neutral color since the blue in her hair and red in her hat is already quite striking
2. A shade of blue to complement the blue strands

There’s more options you can probably test out yourself

I feel like you already have the right idea on making the clothes less noticeable compared to the rest though ^^
