i use procreate for the grain effect, rest of it i get using an app called KUNI cam, it lets me add the subtle 3D effect and i usually just fix my colours there, and it’s not very expensive to get the premium version

if I were you I wouldn’t go deeper into AI world, please never say you aren’t good at drawing, with time comes improvement, AI is stealing other people’s artworks and mixing them together to create something new

and on top of that “that new” isn’t entirely new as its just stolen artworks being layered
