2. It is like you said but you forget that FP supply are mainly for people to snipe 1 piece of gear due to it being guarantee to give you what you dont have

Firepower supply allows for a SINGLE piece out of the selection of items you have chosen. You can only get either a weapon, or a single piece from a Stigmata set that you don't own. You cannot get more than just one piece and there's zero chance to.
This is why it's never recommended to pull firepower unless you own atleast 3 weapons, and 3 full stigmata sets, so you can focus it to give you a specific item you want.

if there's a weapon you want: Select two owned weapons + the weapon you're after, and select 3 completed stigmata sets. As the unowned weapon is the only thing you won't own, 100% guarantee to get it.

Similarly for stigmata. Select 3 owned weapons + 2 completed stigmata sets, and then select a stigmata set of one you don't own, so you're guaranteed to get A piece from it
