Each copy of the the dkey costs 60 rolls at worst. First copy gives 10. Each later copy gives 5. You're saying "again" as in you already own it so I assume the latter is what's happening.

What is your budget? If you're f2p trying to be meta then the most we recommend is one copy at her debut patch. But note at this point we're past that.

Think about what else you can be getting with those 60 or 120 rolls. Basically another weapon or even a valk down the line. F2p already cannot afford every release so i wouldn't give up on a new release for just a mere 5 or 10 atk.

How do I know if an account needs more DK?

There's no concrete measure. There's many numerous marginal attack sources that can add up to a significant outcome at a high level but you should be aiming to get most of those via non costly opportunities (bp, giveaways, etc)

Whether 10 atk matters or not purely depends on the specific scenario. You'll simply know if you're just barely off of killing or something.
