Que is important for sd enemies. There is a sd weather with bleed mobs at the start but you don't use CS dps for that. I don't think of her as fast unless you're doing fish skip but her dps ratio is prob good.

Sparkle notable for qua and ult cdr too. Although i don't think there's any overlap of qua with bleed or hit count yet.
