The part 2 UI rework is a mess because the devs half assed it and then gave up on it.

They changed 3 screens and the gameplay UI.
From those, the valk screen is aesthetically worse now and the main screen's biggest issue was not touched.

There's still 30-40 menus which should've been the biggest target of the rework since it's something that has been pushing new players away from years.

also of all the times for your luck to not be so good, having it happen during a spending event makes it more palatable

anyway hope your luck goes better next time

you may in the future opt to do single rolls as you get close to soft pity/the end to avoid the risk of double pulling something in a single ten pull, esp if you're f2p that may value pinching crystals more and where a dupe is less valued

but getting a second drop at low pity isn't anything to really complain about either if that happens

Why is there no part 2 characters being released -> Because the story hasn't gotten to a point where it makes sense for one to release.
Why has the story not gotten to that point -> Because mihoyo cut new chapters into half starting with chapter 4.
What about events -> Last Part 2 major event was 7.5 and mihoyo is using them to justify the filler part 1 releases
