Mobius isn't really well used anymore but when she is, she often uses htr and lv. Mainly because both gives alot of sp to sustain her. Having two breach valks also better sustains the breach uptime and lets you avoid having a rot where you're breachless. Peak damage wise for a single rot, double breach valks is prob worse ofc.

But now with the sleepy teri, we're starting to see a situation where double teri supports are used for various p1 lightning dps including mobius.
