Ok so, a lot of the major KH mobile plot points:

1. we see parts of the Keyblade war. We learn about the Foretellers, five of who are named after the five of the seven deadly sins, and then their Master, called the Master of Masters (or MOM)
2. The Master of Masters sees that something bad is going to happen in the future, gives each of the Foretellers a role, and also gives another apprentice named Luxu a role to oversee a black box and just chill on the sidelines and see what happenes, before promptly fucking off
3. The five Foretellers start their own cool keyblade user clubs, but distrust grows between them, leading to the Keyblade War. One of the Foretellers, Ava, secretly formed another group called the Dandelions per MOM's orders, which are tasked with surviving the war and carrying light to a new world
4. And who are the Dandelions? Well, key among them are Ephemer, Skuld, Ventus, Brain, and Lauriam.
5. Ok, so Ventus is actually the same dude who appears thousands of years later in Birth By Sleep, shortly before Sora does his stuff. Laurium is also the pink (possibly gay?) dude who later turns into Marluxia and joins Organization 13 that we see in Chain of Memories and KH2 (and 3). So yeah, them two, plus Laurium's buddy Elrena (who later becomes the blonde girl Larxene, also part of the Organization), are actually super ancient, but they get teleported to the present day. Well, mostly present day
6. Ephemer is the founder of a big city called Scala Ad Caelum.
7. Ventus accidentally kills Marluxia's sister Streltizia. She shows up in the trailer for KH4, to greet a kinda dead Sora. Looks like they have to un-unalive themselves.
8. Luxu can body hop, and does so one of Xehanort's friends, Bragi, and then later to Xigbar, who basically summons all the Foretellers to the present day at the end of KH3

9. Xehanort as a baby is orphaned and is taken care of by the guy you play as in one of the mobile games
10. Xehanort later goes to an academy at Scala Ad Caelum along with his friend Eraqus
11. Xehanort's upperclassman and his fellow classmates all die due to darkness, except for him and Eraqus. Yeah, they just straight up die. This kinda explains why he kinda goes mental and tries to do the rthe plot of the other games
