her biggest issues are sustaining the team, because her heals are lacking and there's no source of dmg mitigation, while her emergency heals aren't enough even when they're triggered
and most importantly is that she offers little to no improvement to the break team when compared to the other units like hmc, rm or fugue
on a e0s0 ff dahlia team baseline, assuming hmc is the 3rd slot, even going for fugue over lingsha would prove more beneficial cuz you get exo toughness as a second source of break dmg for your dps. the fact that going sustainless is a better option than using a sustain that doesn't keep the team alive is what bricks lingsha
