you could play mercenaries, get the Handcannon (pretty lazy of them to use it as an unlock reward when it was already an unlock reward for beating the game on Hardcore with S+), then buy an Exclusive Upgrade ticket dlc and use it to get infinite ammo on it
then just run through the game on Professional for S+
