Okay looks like the Endfield computer can't read or write variables. So it can't remember flags, so running Doom is very far out of the factory's computational abilities.

The easiest way would be for the game to have some kind of protocol stash that only outputs stuff when powered, then have a way to automatically power and depower facilities
