Yea there are various methods to do it

For example to make mug cakes, simply add the batter to a tiny bowl, add some water to a pot, let the water boil, add your bowls into this water (make sure the water isn't too much to submerge your cake and isn't too little to burn your pot) and let it slowly cook for about 15 minutes I think, you can always test if the cake is ready by stabbing it with one tooth stick in the middle, if you pull the tooth stick out, and no batter is stuck to it then it's ready

You don't really need to overcomplicate it to be honest, simple choco cake recipie can get you a long way

Just in case anyone besides me has been struggling with optimizing the factory. I never played Factorio before actually, so maybe what I’m about to write is obvious, but also maybe someone will find it useful. I’ll use production of SC Batteries as my example.
What I found to be helpful is to work backwards. Packaging Unit requires 15 Originium Powder and 10 Ferrium Parts to make a Battery within 10 seconds. There are two numbers here to work with: the number of needed materials as such and the time required for the production. Let’s start with Ferrium Parts. An SC Battery requires 10 Ferrium Parts every 10 Seconds and will yield 1 SC Battery. The machine cannot work any faster than this. So for maximum gains we need to provide the machine with exactly 10 Ferrium Parts per 10 Seconds — any more would be wasted, any less would not let the machine work at full speed. 10 Ferrium Parts per 10 Seconds is 1 Ferrium Part per 1 Second. Now what I find useful is to take the reciprocal of it (as for “why?” will become apparent short after) — so: 1 Second per 1 Ferrium Part (in other words: every second we need to supply the Packaging Unit with 1 Ferrium Part). Next question — how do we obtain Ferrium Parts? From the Fitting Unit. Fitting Unit will produce 1 Ferrium Part from 1 Ferrium every 2 seconds (so 0.5 Ferrium Parts / Second) Now remember the reciprocal, we have: 1 Second / Ferrium Part and 0.5 Ferrium Parts / Second. Multiplying these two values together we get 0.5, the reciprocal of which is 2 and that is the number for how many Fitting Units we need to supply the Packaging Unit with.
Now let’s proceed with the Fitting Unit. It requires 1 Ferrium every 2 seconds, or 0.5 Ferriums / Second, which is: 2 Seconds / Ferrium. We get Ferrium from the Refining Unit, which produces 0.5 Ferrium / Second. 2 Seconds / Ferrium * 0.5 Ferrium / Second = 1. Reciprocal of 1 is 1. 1 Refining Unit is enough to supply one Fitting Unit.
And so on, and so forth…
