rio+kisaki/swimsuit nagisa are so overpowered that s.ui yellow efficiency is underwhelming in comparison

nagisa applies def down when enemy is red armor so in some cases, she's better usecase to free up your striker slots, in case you wan to run s.seia for example instead of kisaki
