missing review set

I have a problem with my review sets: I can't access or find them anymore.The only way I see them is when I have the option in a lesson to add content to them.

Same problem here since this morning. It happened after removing a dialogue from a review set while I was reviewing it.

Thanks, there are recent replies on other posts but they were about non technical issues. So I guess that no one from the technical team has seen our posts yet.
