Yeah sett q helps but if they can already make space it can be hard. Especially with urgot q slow. There are probably guide videos out there but your best bet is to run d shield second wind and wait for urgit to try and take cs like cannon. Usually he will be attacking it and not be able to react before you run onto him with a q e and you can chunk him. Also its really important that you dont push the wave under his tower
