Q: Why can't I DM an Admin or Moderator with my reports?
A: We only use ModMail to assist users. This is to avoid scattered evidence, make sure we have a record on the server, and allow you to reach out to the entire team at once. ModMail is faster than DMs because all mods are required to forward you to ModMail.
Q: What should I include in my reports to the mods?
A: When you report another user be sure to include the user's name, Discord ID, the rule they broke, where they broke it, and any evidence you have.
Q: I want to report a user but I don't have proof of what happened in the voice call.
A: We take all reports regardless of whether you have any evidence. For accuracy purposes, we will always ask if there is any evidence. Without proof, we take note of the report, check on our backend whether this user has previously been reported, and action accordingly.
Q: A mod is not acting correctly/I think I was punished falsely. Should I contact ModMail about this?
A: Yes. If you believe a mod is not acting appropriately, contact ModMail Bot and ask for an Admin to assist you.
Q: This user is irritating me or said something I disagree with. What can the mods do to help me?
A: Unless the user has violated one of our server or channel specific rules, we cannot help with this. Please do not reach out to us for personally irritating users. Use the block feature instead.
Q: I was banned! How can I ask the mods to unban me?
A: An appeal link will be sent with all bans issued regardless of duration. You cannot appeal a ban, your's or other users', through ModMail.
**Q: My friend was banned and (somehow) lost the appeal link, what is the link? **
A: https://appeals.lol/ We cannot answer any questions about any actions made to any user other than the banned/affected user themselves.
