unable to unlock the artificer (xbox)

I have over 90 lunar coins, ive been to the lunar coin market place several times. no mater what i do the prompt to buy the artificer in the crystal thing does not appear. I've looked around online and the only advice i can seem to find is to delete a reset my save data completely, which obviously isnt a great solution. Is resetting my save data really the only way?

For me before the alloyed collective update i got it. If it's glitching i think is something with the update
