btw i wanna note that this seems to be different from meridian lightning ignoring cover (so it wasn't that the telegraph was on the platform under), because the impact point WAS on the ground i was on, not below me

This goes for like every vfx in the game since sots. Epidemic, void fiend m2, mithrix pizza, everything with a visual can randomly disappear or never show in the first place
