Having it speed up the perfect reload bar completely jumbles up your muscle memory, having it make the perfect reload bar bigger like it does for Railgunner would make Attack Speed a much more attractive option for Sniper. It would also be good if attack speed made the Quick Scope crosshair move faster, though it may already do this, I haven't tested that yet.
