you can only choose items with command but like i said if you dont got your muscle memory down to a T and you gotta look through the items to find the one you need youre a sitting duck which is a death sentence on monsoon

takes far less time to just pick up whatever item dropped than to open the command menu click on the item you want and grab it which especially on higher difficulties is a one way ticket to getting killed
