Enemies work the same way but rather than just getting a set amount of credits to spend at the start, the enemy manager gets more credits over time

On one of my runs with artifact of command I was experimenting with merc and gave him too much attack speed, ended up breaking some of his abilities and they just wouldnt deal any damage or play any animations lol

sulfur makes me feel sad sometimes, but then i imagine it has feelings and i feel sorry for thinking that way
