I feel like computational exchange very often has little gain idk, I think halc shrine being weighted towards sots items meaning you can very easily get some of the best reds in the game more often, and it guaranteeing path of the colossus which nets you four free chests and the geode fragment in prime meridian on top of more soups

because I've accumulated 800+ hours and over half of them have been after Seekers released, yet some stages like Hatchery or Impact refuse to spawn such Scanners

even as I full loot every single time

and prioritize the Scanner equipment every time I find it

I've unlocked every other entry in the game for the LogBook

plus, we've been getting reports of people like you not finding them, and I have read some time ago that some of them are bugged out from obtaining, but as you can see here, they got 100%

I was kind of sanity-checking. I wouldn't want to commit to keep playing for a goal that is unattainable, or submit a bug if I just had ridiculously bad luck. I just find it weird to not have found a hint of them when I loop every run, full loot every stage, prioritize , and always purchase Newt Altars every single time the Stages are missing are up next

because there clearly is code to make them stop appearing when already unlocked, to the same result I'm getting without having purchased them...

a way to check for it is boot up modded with debug tool kit, disable the fix mods and do next_stage disturbedimpact to see if it spawns at all with sacrifice and command on
