Ok so quick information on some items that are weirdly not properly given in game, (uke chains attacks), (harvesters scythe, shatter spleen, and predatory instincts give additionally a +5% crit chance increase on the first stack only)

Vegg is great its just a good escape tool + pillar skip, occular is eh, and radar scanner is well i dont even know

Id say the worse equipment is vase BUT it does let you completely skip pillars

I disagree, just because you're better at looting doesn't mean you know where the chests are every single run- radar scanner lets you ignore parts of the map without chests so you dont have to walk through them
