The little ramps and stairs on the outside of the arena are good for avoiding the wall move. the pattern for the laser grid is the same every time so learn where the safe spots are. the big laser can be avoided by riding the wires

oh and you can break the heat generators during the sun attack, otherwise there are little cooling units that create safe spaces for you to stand
