okay i have a couple pieces of advice (feel free to ignore if you aren't interested)

please get some speed items, speed is THE MOST VALUABLE stat in the game (also a double jump as lookatthetree mentioned)

it's worth diversifying your damage items because they stack multiplicatively, after you've got a couple crowbars grabbing some other damage increases will be worth more for you than just stacking even more crowbars

you typically don't need more than like 3 stacks of repulsion armour plate

Looting will outscale the timer, so full clearing each stage is the more consistent approach + you learn routing at the same time

my main issue with heat phase is mostly just that the heat vents are hard to spot properly if you're already in the heat radius since they have no distinct particles or anything
