I have vague memories of my brother having different values for some items than me - I play on PS4, him on XBOX, and see for example the crowbar with +75% each/+150% first then +50% respectively

Yeah, console and PC are different version, if i remember correctly PC is programmed in c+++ and console in something different, (i may be wrong by the "c+++" but you get the idea) this makes that consoles have bugs even game breaking ones, some items doesn't have the balance change that hopoo did, some descriptions aren't 100% accurate, missing log books and the list continues, we are waiting for the rebuild/dlc and hope that consoles get the same treatment/version of PC.

The console version is a complicated situation

Hopoo cant do much about it, theyre not actually responsible for the updates and ports to console versions, but rather a separate weaker team by the publishers

i really recommend you just buy the game on steam / pc if possible, if youre still interested in the game
It can run on very weak machines, it gets the updates and etc real fast, not to mention having far less bugs & being able to be modded

Someone told me that they are but it’s just that pools always drop whatever their first drop is so either always normal pools or always irradient and that you just have to hope for the 1/5 chance that the pool only drops irradient. Welp in console have especial 2 issues on top of they being lunar chimeras wisp,
1- the knock back in console is so high so when the lunar chimeras wisp shoot you they just push you so hard.
2- for whatever reason all chimeras in commencement can spawn as any elites (even without artifact of honor ) so this makes that if they spawn as blazing or overloading they become nuts.

A tip i can give you is, only go to commencement once you have a god run.

The major tip i can give to you as a new player is: don't play on drizzle play on rainstorm and learn in that difficulty all the effects of the items, enemy patterns/attacks and play fast
