I know that the vulture hits like a truck but the glacial vulture should activate his OSP if it is available but since he says that he died by the vulture the only thing that comes in my mind is that he got hit by a lesser wisp/lemurian/ something that deal to him just enough damage to remove OSP and in the next frame he died by the glacial vulture.

since the anniversary update i had 3 times where i get an irradiant pearl out of a normal pearl cauldron, so i believe it is not a bug just you need to get very lucky every time you print a lunar item .

There is no way to fix it, right now multiplayer is kind of weird, all non-host players have to predict where the enemy will be in order to hit it and it gets worse with bad internet connection, Soo if you want to hit focused assault of mercenary you have to aim predicting the enemy movement.

I believe you got blazing stone titan because it is the cheapest boss that the director could spawn, if the director decided to spawn imp overloads he may spawn like 5 of them.

Art has to either flame thrower or aim like JESUS to hit them

Id say engie has the hardest time vs fliers though due to unreliable attack methods.
I still say engie should be able to hit the button that marks an enemy and turrets switch focus
