i mainly played on switch (i’m not super active anymore), and i mainly just had my abilities on the triggers and bumpers (L, R, ZL, ZR) but since my ZL button broke one time i just mapped it to A (because it was unused). there’s not much to talk about other than the abilities, cause that’s pretty much all you use in game lol. just use the y, x, b, and a buttons for other things like interacting.

i can’t remember that well, but the default settings for the abilities may have been garbage, but idk. if not, then i probably just used the default settings.

i remember that gungeons default settings were fucking terrible, but i’m not sure if that was the case for ROR2

ty for the inputs. For context I'm a Kb&M player, but I got a controller recently and wanted to try it with this game to get used to controller. I dislike the default controller settings mainly because of two things: toggle sprint being the left stick button, and jump being "A". From my point of view the controls that you used the most in ror2 beside the movement and camera are definitely jump and toggle sprint; I may even argue that you use them more than the abilities besides M1. Since this is a game that literally requires you to move constantly to avoid damage, I want to be able to access these movement controls simultaneously, while still have enough buttons for the abilities, which I found out is quite difficult.

Well it is playable but it's filled to the brim with bugs that people think are intended features.
Most people will tell youto work around it, to not get hit or "skill issue" but really; it's the game's fault for being buggy, not yours.

It would be an immediate yes if the console version was fine but the last patch we had was in August.

MAYBE we'll get some news in December but we don't know for sure

you can get a easy crash with swarms stage 1

3 or 4 mountain shrines and Queen can crash your game as early as 2-3 min but its not a 100% crash

honestly the main problem is the port team has not got stability back, and more bugs are pileing on as they fall behind

The game also has 0 lag/crash/freeze pertection

it does not despawn on de rez if the game hits high loads

but it does get a point for not hard crashing my switch -.-, cant say the same for one step from eden that can use 100% of the switches memory at some point and hard crash it

If you pick up backup mag or bandolier and you have the harpoons, pulling up the HUD for the harpoons while your mines are on cooldown will reset their cooldown back to the full 8s.
