The tip i can give you Is: the Lesser wisp have the less amount of health of all enemies so every kind of damage the wisp receive they get stun via high amount of damage and reset the attack of the wisp, with that in mind, everytime you see a Lesser wisp kill them as soon you can dont Let them stay Alive.

oh, REX

one of the 3 stages that can spawn on Stage 4, 9, 14 etc. is Abyssal Depths (the red cave map). there, you can find a broken robot on one of the high platforms that you need to give the fuel array

the fuel array is an equipment that can be found on the back of the escape pod you start the game with. it does nothing on its own, BUT it explodes if you fall below 50% hp. it is therefore recommended to use a character with good mobility and innate protection, so using the Loader (punch character) is very much recommended

because sometimes you were just far enough away for the titan to start the command to laser you

easy prismatic trial for ethereal rn, just go to the right of spawn get the turret then the turret drone it’s hard to explain where they are but they’re near eachother (separated by an elevated area so you can’t see one while by the other, let the turrets kill then run around stacking teddies/topaz, there are a few green items but they aren’t important so just grab whatever won’t kill you, the boss drops a boss item, i’d take empathy cores as they can distract enemies are doubled by swarms, and don’t target you, second stage is sky meadow just run straight to the artifact portal and activate any artifact portal for the win

it takes some practice to do because of swarms spawning a million wisps so don’t be upset if you mess up a few times

anyone else notice that monsoon is more forgiving to people who spend lots of time on a stage now? i took a break from from playing and just recently got back into ror2 like 2 weeks ago and i’ve noticed that spending 7-10 minutes on each stage in monsoon (instead of the previous 5-7 minutes) is giving me more consistency in winning, did they scale it down or something?

dont think scaling has been changed for a good while, havent heard about it. items are able to outscale difficulty increases as long as you're looting efficiently (not just wasting time for the sake of it).

it could be improvements to your strategy and skill, or just that you never used to play like you do now and it's working out better for you.

she also works good with just about every damage item, despite them counting generally less compared to others because her damage and proc coefficient is low, so she generally is an at least decently consistent for a seasoned player, provided they're willing to sometimes takes things slowly and endure long bosses so they can progress eclipse

The way power mode works is that the second weapon will take the spread of the first weapon. So having power saw first and then nail gun means you practically have a perfectly accurate nail gun

The bugs on the other hand, can be a downer sometimes and hinder gameplay for console users - but it’s still playable

Doesn’t mean they should leave the bugs …… but it does mean you can play with them, if you’re patient

But yeah you went from having near 50 stage runs before the game crashes to not being able to reach stage 20

It sucks because I'm the type of player to go for those multi-loop runs and the instability of the game crushes all enjoyment for me
